Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of our website, your stay in our residences and your use of our event spaces. By making a booking you agree to be bound by them.

Bookings & payments

Enquiries submitted through the site are confirmed within 24 hours. A deposit of 30% secures the booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are refunded in full, less bank fees. Within 30 days, we retain the deposit; within 14 days, the full amount.

Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the residence and its contents. We reserve the right to recover the cost of any material damage.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
