A short, seasonal menu — grilled catch of the day, argan-oil salads, slow-cooked tagines, house breads, and quiet desserts.
We work with fishermen from Imsouane, growers from the Sous valley, and a small circle of makers from Tamraght. What arrives that morning shapes what we serve that evening.
